Developer buys purchasing heart close to Mall at Fox Run in Newington NH


The Newington Park Shopping Center, which includes Savers and other stores as tenants, has been sold.

NEWINGTON – Actual property improvement and funding firm Torrington Properties introduced Friday it has acquired the Newington Park Purchasing Middle for $13.3 million and touted plans to “remodel” the positioning.

The property is situated at 2026 Woodbury Ave., between the Mall at Fox Run to the north and The Crossings to the south.

The Newington Park Purchasing Middle’s present tenants embrace Savers, JOANN Materials and Crafts and Get together Metropolis, in addition to restaurant areas. York Hospital has a cardiovascular care facility on the property too.

Real estate development and investment company Torrington Properties announced it has acquired the Newington Park Shopping Center in for $13.3 million. The property is located between Mall at Fox Run and The Crossings shopping center.

Torrington introduced it bought the 15-acre purchasing heart from actual property funding belief Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc., which owned the property since 1979. The middle at the moment has 102,000 sq. ft of house for industrial, retail and medical workplaces.
