Dr Md Abu Taher, member of UGC, has been appointed because the convener of the committee. UGC Deputy Director of Finance and Accounts Mostafizur Rahman has been made member of the committee and Senior Assistant Director of the Division of Public College Administration, UGC, Golam Dastagir has been included as member secretary.
